ELSA - Exclusive Look & Scouting Alliance by John Bilboa, is a mother agent and model scouting organization based in Miami representing Latin America & the Caribbean territory. During 18 years, Bilboa developed the Elite brand throughout this region while managing & coordinating extensive model events including the Elite Model Look in more than 31 countries discovering and launching many new faces.
Together with the scouting alliances from the Americas and the Caribbean, Exclusive Look focuses on the discovery and development of new models. We also plan career goals for each talent’s individual needs and develop a special kind of bond with all our models.
